How to Place an Order

To start your custom order, you can send us your logo, artwork, sketch, reference image or product idea. Please also include the product type, size, quantity, preferred material, color requirements, backing or attachment options, packaging needs and delivery destination if available.

After receiving your request, our team will review the details and provide a quotation based on your design, product specifications and order quantity. If you are not sure which option is best for your project, we can help recommend suitable materials, finishes and production methods.

Artwork and Digital Proof

Before production, we will prepare a digital proof for your review. The proof may include the product shape, size, logo placement, colors, plating, backing, attachment and other important details.

Production will only begin after you approve the final proof. Please check the proof carefully before approval, including spelling, logo details, colors, size and layout. Once the proof is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible or may require additional cost and production time.

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed after the product details, quotation, proof and payment have been approved. For custom products, production time depends on the product type, quantity, design complexity and customization requirements.

We will provide an estimated production timeline before production begins. Larger orders, complex designs, special finishes or custom packaging may require additional production time.

Payment Methods

We accept secure payment methods for custom orders. Available payment options may vary depending on your location, order amount and order type.

Common payment methods may include credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or other agreed payment methods. If you need a proforma invoice or company payment information, please contact our team before making payment.

Payment Terms

For most custom orders, payment is required before production begins. In some cases, especially for larger bulk orders, a deposit may be required to start production, with the balance due before shipment.

The exact payment terms will be confirmed with your quotation. Orders will not enter production until the required payment has been received and the final proof has been approved.

Pricing

Custom product pricing depends on several factors, including product type, size, material, quantity, mold requirements, plating, color filling, printing method, backing, attachment, packaging and shipping destination.

Bulk orders usually receive better unit pricing. If you need multiple products or repeat orders, please contact us for a customized quotation.

Taxes, Duties and Import Fees

Product prices and shipping costs may not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local fees charged by your country or region. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by destination. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about import requirements or possible fees.

Cancellations and Changes

Because our products are custom-made, cancellations or changes must be requested as early as possible. If production has not started, we will do our best to help adjust the order.

Once the digital proof has been approved and production has begun, cancellations, design changes or specification changes may not be possible. If changes can still be made, additional costs and extra production time may apply.
